LESSON 11





Welcome to our 11th lesson! We're going to begin today's lesson by checking the activities I gave you in lesson 10. So, open your notebooks and check.

As you could see in the video there are different ways to talk about the past. 
Today we're going to concentrate on the past of Regular verbs, that is verbs that add -ed at the end to form the past. Let's read the theory.

Welcome to our 10th lesson! As I told you last class, we're going to concentrate on two tenses from now on: PAST SIMPLE and PAST CONTINUOS. Let's begin with the PAST SIMPLE of a very important verb: TO BE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION



Good morning! Este blog es para contarles que el  Viernes pasado se reunió el Departamento de Inglés para  establecer unas pautas comunes para organizar el trabajo de todos los cursos hasta que se levante la cuarentena. Se llegó un acuerdo con respecto a lo siguiente:

1- Las tareas o clases se subirán a la correspondiente plataforma (edmodo, classroom, blog, etc) Martes de por medio y se esperarán esos 14 días como plazo para la entrega de las tareas por parte de los estudiantes al mail de cada docente. Una vez pasado ese plazo, YA NO SE RECIBIRÁN.

2- En concordancia con el punto anterior, sólo se subirán clases a este blog, los días MARTES 16 y 30 de Junio ya que después entramos en el receso de invierno. Retornando a las clases en el blog el día 28 de Julio si es que continuamos en cuarentena. De todos modos ustedes deben revisar el blog para mayor información.

3- Se solicitará la ayuda de los preceptores de cada curso para tener un contacto más fluído entre DOCENTE y ALUMNOS. En caso de que los alumnos no puedan acceder a Internet, los docentes enviarán las tareas a los preceptores por una vía a definir luego, y ellos se las enviarán.

4- Los alumnos de la profesora VIRGINIA D'ANNUNZIO, YA NO DEBEN SEGUIR LAS ACTIVIDADES DE ESTE BLOG, ya que ella creará su propio sitio o plataforma virtual la cual les será comunicada a través de los preceptores.

5- Por el tiempo que dure la cuarentena, no se avanzará con la totalidad del programa presentado a principio de año, sino que se estableció trabajar con un sólo tema desde distintos ángulos y metodologías. En el caso de nuestro curso (SEGUNDO AÑO DEL CICLO SUPERIOR), sólo haremos hincapié en los tiempos PASADO SIMPLE (repaso de años anteriores) y PASADO CONTINUO.

6- Se abordarán los temas antes mencionados desde distintos libros, y no solamente desde el LIGHT UP 4 que se pidiera a principios de año. Por lo que se sugiere a quiénes puedan imprimir las actividades del blog, hacerlo o de lo contrario copiarlas en la carpeta, asegurándose de tener el material correspondiente a cada clase identificado como LESSON... y seguido de la fecha en la que se subió la clase, para su control cuando volvamos a las aulas. 

Esperando contar con su comprensión y responsabilidad en la presentación de los trabajos, los despido, para reunirnos nuevamente el próximo martes en una nueva clase.

LESSON 9- UNIT 2







Welcome to our 9th lesson! Today we're beginning a new unit. In this unit we're going to revise PAST FORMS.

After watching these videos, we're going to work with the book LIGHT UP 4, pages 16 and 17. You may need a dictionary to help you.
